High-voltage Electrophysics and Engineering

The Research & Design Institute “Molniya” (NDPKI “Molniya”) became the recognized world leader in such fields of high voltage equipment as powerful pulse voltage generators, electromagnetic immunity, etc. and its experimental units were entered into International Test Equipment Register (IEC61000-4-32) in which these took the deserved place among the units developed by 11 analogous world leading centers. Taking into consideration the statewide and international recognition of the scientific developments and unique equipment designed by this institute the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine put the experimental base of research testing area of this institute on the list of objects that make up the national patrimony of Ukraine.

Today NDPKI “Molniya” is a school of High-voltage Electrophysics and Engineering, it’s a powerful scientific organization with unique experimental base which carries out fundamental and applied research in the field of development and creation of unique high-voltage devices for scientific and technical purposes, it does a package of jobs on electromagnetic diagnosing of power supply systems, provides full-scale certification tests to meet the requirements set to electromagnetic immunity, etc.
