Міністерство освіти і науки України запрошує до участі у Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції «Участь у Європейських наукових, науково-технічних та інноваційних програмах та інтеграція України до Європейського дослідницького простору», яка відбудеться 2 жовтня 2017 року на базі Національного технічного університету «Харківський політехнічний інститут» (м. Харків, вул. Кирпичова, 2).
Метою проведення заходу є розширення інноваційних науково-технічних розробок з Європейськими партнерами, популяризація впровадження їх у виробництво, здійснення конкуренто-спроможних на світовому рівні досліджень, поширення інформації про можливості українських вищих навчальних закладів та наукових установ у реалізації спільних інноваційних проектів, зокрема, з партнерами міжнародної рамкової програми ЄС «Горизонт-2020», а також залучення зовнішніх джерел фінансування інноваційних проектів.

Науковий форум буде проведено в режимі відеоконференції, тому просимо учасників надіслати до 20 вересня 2017 року на електронну адресу Оргкомітету: conferencekhpi@gmail.com презентацію доповіді за тематикою висунутих для обговорення питань тривалістю до 15 хвилин і зареєструватись.
Реєстрація учасників є обов‘язковою і здійснюється до 15 вересня 2017 року за електронною адресою Оргкомітету:
Участь у конференції безкоштовна.
Планується публікація тез доповідей учасників, видача СЕРТИФІКАТІВ.
Науковий форум буде проведено у форматі відеообговорення.
ПУБЛІКАЦІЯ
Матеріали конференції будуть опубліковані у вигляді збірника тез доповідей. Тези приймаються обсягом – не більше 1-ої сторінки тексту формату А4, включно з рисунками, в редакторі MS Word (у вигляді файлу на ел. носії або надсилати на електронну адресу Оргкомітету: conferencekhpi@gmail.com) до 10 вересня 2017 р.
Назва файлу повинна відповідати прізвищу першого автора.
Тези доповіді оформлюються відповідно до наступних вимог:
– шрифт Times New Roman, кегль 14; поля: зліва, справа, зверху, знизу – 2 см; міжрядковий інтервал – одинарний;
– у першому рядку – назва доповіді прописними літерами, вирівнювання по центру, жирним шрифтом;
– у другому рядку – по центру прізвище та ініціали авторів доповіді жирним шрифтом;
– у третьому рядку – по центру повна назва організації і місто, курсивом (шрифт напівжирний).
Рисунки, що вставляються в текст, повинні мати розміри не більше 12х9 см із застосуванням форматів: bmp, tif, jpg. Розмір шрифту під рисунком – 12 ррt. Рисунки, виконані за допомогою Word, повинні бути обов‘язково згрупованими.
Посилання на літературу необхідно оформляти відповідно до вимог, викладених у Бюлетені ВАК України, 2009, №5 (кегль 12).

The International Theoretical and Practical Conference
«Participating in European Scientific, Scientific and Engineering and Innovation Programs and the Integration of Ukraine with the European Research Space”
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites the scientists to participate in the International Theoretical and Practical Conference “Participating in European Scientific, Scientific and Engineering and Innovation Programs and the Integration of Ukraine with the European Research Space” that will be held on October 2, 2017 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute (city of Kharkiv, 2 Kirpicheva St.).
The objective of this arrangement is to expand cooperation with the European partners in the field of joint research and engineering developments, popularize their commercialization, do research that can be competitive at the world level, give information on the opportunities the Ukrainian Institutions of Higher Education and academic establishments have for the realization of joint innovation projects, in particular in cooperation with the partners of International Framework EU Program “Horizon-2020” and also involve external sources in the funding of innovative projects.
The scientific forum will be realized in video discussion format, so we ask you to send us before September 20, 2017 at the e-mail address of Organizing Committee conferencekhpi@gmail.com the report till 15 minutes.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.
We plan to publish the theses of scientific papers submitted by the participants and issue the CERTIFICATES.
The scientific forum will be held in the video-discussion format.
PUBLICATION
Conference materials will be published in the form of Thesis Transactions. A one-page thesis of A4 format including the Figures, MS Word editor should be sent to the electronic address of the Conference conferencekhpi@gmail.com before September 10, 2017.
The file name should correspond to the name of the first author.
Brief outline reports should be presented meeting the following requirements:
TIMES NEW ROMAN, size of type 14; the margins: on the left, on the right, above and below should be 2 cm with the interline single interval;
The first line should include the name of the THESIS in capital letters, center-leveled, bold type;
The second line: Surnames and initials of the authors of theses should be printed in the center in bold type;
The third line should include a full name of the organization and the city in italicized letters (bold face font)
The Figures inserted in the text should have the size of 12x9cm using the formats: bmp, tif, jpg.
The fond below the Figure should be 12ppt. The Figures done using Word should obligatory be in the same file.
The references should be presented meeting the requirements given in the Bulletin of the Supreme Board of Examiners of Ukraine, 2009, No5 (size of type 12).
